Terms of Service

Welcome to Trt Productions, LLC. By engaging our video and media production services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Provision

Trt Productions, LLC agrees to provide production services as described in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement. Services may include filming, editing, live or event coverage, creative development, and related deliverables.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely access to locations, talent releases where needed, brand guidelines, and source materials required to complete the work. Delays in providing necessary inputs may affect schedules and deliverable dates.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in your project agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due according to that schedule. Trt Productions, LLC may pause work or withhold delivery of final files if payments are not received as agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for the agreed scope, the client receives the usage rights defined in the contract for the delivered media. Trt Productions, LLC retains rights to its pre-existing tools, templates, and general know-how, and may request credit as specified in your agreement.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the written agreement (often with advance written notice). The client remains responsible for fees for work completed and costs incurred through the termination date.
